All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are not cleared for 14 days.
We are responsible for orders reaching you or your customer, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
No invoice details will be included in your customer order, so they will not receive any information that is not meant for them. A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it (see above), if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Orders
We request information from you on our order form. Clearly, you must provide contact information (like name and delivery address). We do not have access at any time to your credit card details.

What Westies Want reserves the right to take the website down as we see fit. This situation will only arise through technical problems (maintenance), or stock and staffing problems. We also reserve the right to take the site down for staff shortages and staff holidays. Notice will be given to all members 1 month in advance of such situations..

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements (rarely), and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
